1) Use of the Furano Alpine Travel website
The Terms and condition applies to any use of the Furano Alpine Travel website which is operated and owned by Alpine Keikaku Ltd. Please read carefully and ensure that you understand and accept the conditions and information outlined. You can use the Furano Alpine Travel website only if you agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions without limitation or reservation. The Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you if and when you use this Web Site.

2) Updates of Terms and Condition
Alpine Keikaku Ltd. may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, change, alter, modify, add and/or remove portions of the Terms and Condition at any time by updating its contents without advance notice. Alpine Keikaku Ltd. release updates as needed.

3) Booking
You can book the services through the Furano Alpine Travel website in accordance with the procedures which Alpine Keikaku Ltd. decides. Alpine Keikaku Ltd. replies to your email booking with the details such as service contents or rates.

4) Payment
You can make payment by *the web-based credit card payment system which Alpine Kaikaku offers. You can also request for other means of payment such as bank transfer. The terms and condition between Alpine Keikaku Ltd. and the credit card company applies when you pay by credit card. Alpine Keikaku Ltd. is not responsible for and doesn't deal with any incident between you and the credit card company. The booking is confirmed when the payment is made. *The web-based credit card payment system works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

5) CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The following cancellation policy applies to any booking through the Furano Alpine Travel website: A cancellation fee of 50 % of the payment applies to all cancellations made within two weeks of the travel date. A cancellation fee of 100 % of the payment applies to all cancellations made within one week of the travel date. The above doesn't apply to cancellations due to extreme weather or natural disaster. Alpine Keikaku Ltd. refunds full payment if the service has to be cancelled because of such reasons.

6) Abort of the serviceAlpine Keikaku Ltd. may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, change, add and/or abort the operation of the Furano Alpine Travel website because of the following reasons without advance notice or agreement from users.

1. scheduled/emergent maintenance of the system
2. difficulties of running the system caused by fire, blackout, or third party's interference, etc.
3. inabilities of providing services because of natural disasters.4. decisions by Alpine Keikaku Ltd..
